ESCAPE INFORMATION

Join us for a week of fitness, education, adventure, culture and fun. We have a new program, more fun, more gym time, more relaxation!

There is no better place to workout than in paradise, surrounded by other likeminded people, all whilst enjoying the relaxing feel of the hotels facilities and the amazing surrounds.

The training will be a mix of Strength (we use our partners, Fortitude Gym), HIIT, Cardio, Mobility, with 1-2 sessions a day. All sessions are designed for you to work at your own pace and cater to all fitness levels!

We have an optional day trip to visit the wonderful Ubud, where you will be able to stroll through the local markets, a walk through the peaceful Monkey Forest and we’ll stop off for a picture & ride at the Bali swing!

It wouldn’t be a trip to Bali if you didn’t hit up the hotspots, including Finns Beach Club and Motel Mexicola, so we have you covered there!

There will be plenty of downtime to read by the pool, shop or pamper yourself at the many day spas close by. Whilst we train hard, you are more than welcome to reward yourself with a cocktail in the evenings. Your Escape Manager will be able to point you to local hotspots if you wish to head out after dinner.

Lunches - Bali is know for the many wonderful cafe’s, and they live up to the hype! Your Escape Manager will provide you a list of local cafes you can try! You can budget lunches generally between A$7-$12. If you decide to lounge by the pool, the hotel has an amazing menu to choose from, on the same budget! A lot of cafes are within a short walk and wont disappoint.

Dinners - We include a welcome dinner along with a farewell dinner at Finns Beach Club VIP. Over the past few years, the cafe & restaurant scene has grown and is oh so amazing! We will have a dinner schedule for the week, however guests are free to explore the many amazing restaurant’s during the week. Generally main meals are between $10-$25 AUD.

Your escape manager will be able to give suggestions on some great restaurants nearby.

Berawa (Canggu) is a 20min taxi ride north of Seminyak and very accessible to all the hotspots.  

If you are booking as an individual in a shared room, we will get some info off you, and pair you up with a likeminded guest of the same sex! If you are booking with a friend/s or family member/s, that you wish to share with, please drop us a note. (70% of our guests are solo travellers but leave with lifelong friends)
