ESCAPE INFORMATION

Join us for a week of fitness, education, adventure, culture and fun.

There is no better place to workout than in paradise, surrounded by other likeminded people, all whilst enjoying the relaxing feel of the hotels facilities and the amazing surrounds that Bali has to offer.

The training will be a mix of Beach front Pilates and Yoga, Strength training (we use Fortitude Gym). All sessions are designed for you to work at your own pace and cater to all fitness levels!

We visit the wonderful Ubud where you will be able to stroll through the local markets, a lazy stroll through the peaceful Monkey Forest and we’ll stop off for a picture & ride at the Bali swing or even an ATV ride! (This is an optional day trip)

It wouldn’t be a trip to Bali if you didn’t hit up the hotspots, including Finns Beach Club and Motel Mexicola to name a few and dance the night away!

There will be plenty of downtime to read by the pool, shop or pamper yourself at the many day spas. Whilst we train hard, you are more than welcome to reward yourself with a cocktail in the evenings.

Lunches - Bali is know for the many wonderful cafe’s, and they live up to the hype! You can budget lunches generally between A$10-$15. A lot of cafes are within a short walk and wont disappoint. If you don’t feel like moving, ‘Grab’ have a delivery service (like Uber eats) which costs around $1fee, and delivered to you poolside.

We include a welcome dinner at an amazing local restaurant and for the rest of the week, we encourage to check out the amazing cuisines nearby. We will supply you with a list of amazing restaurants to suit all budgets, and will start from $15 a main meal.

THE IMPORTANT STUFF

Check in is from 3pm on June 14th.

We can arrange an airport pickup through the hotel which will cost $40. There is also a ‘Grab’ office (Uber) at the airport where they can assist in booking a car and will cost around $20.

If you are flying in prior to 14th June, and would like recommendations on where to stay, please let us know and we are more than happy to assist and book these in for you. If you would like a private airport transfer to your hotel / villa, please let us know and we can connect you with our driver. Depending on location, the transfers are A$20-$40 paid directly to the driver. The cost is set depending on location.

THE HOTEL

Bookings include options of a Luxury Duplex Suite Room (shared accom) or Private Rooms with King Bed.

The boutique hotel complex is situated in the beautiful location of Berawa (Canggu) with direct access to the beach. The hotel has won many awards and you’ll see why as soon as you arrive!

The place is magical and has amazing staff, and you will not want to leave!

Canggu is a 20min taxi ride north of Seminyak and very accessible to all the hotspots.

If you are booking individually, we will get some info off you, and partner you up with a likeminded guest! If you are booking with a friend/s or family member/s that you wish to share with, please drop us a note.
